Thank you for shopping at HabyMart (habymart.shop), operated by BOOSTER28 ADS S.R.L. We ship to multiple European countries. Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EET or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
- During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, Easter), processing times may extend by 1–2 additional business days.
2. Shipping Zones & Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch (after processing), not from the date the order is placed. All times listed are estimated business days and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Please note: These are estimated delivery windows. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
3. Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum order value required.
- Shipping costs are fully covered by HabyMart for all destinations listed above.
- No hidden fees will be added at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page.
- Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving the tracking number for the carrier’s system to update with the first scan.
- If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at info@habymart.shop.
- You can also check your order status by logging into your account on habymart.shop/my-account.
5. Customs & Import Duties
- All orders are shipped within the European Union.
- Since all shipments are intra-EU, no customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees apply.
- VAT is included in the product price displayed on the website.
6. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Packages
- The carrier will typically make 2–3 delivery attempts at the provided shipping address.
- If delivery is unsuccessful, a notice will be left with instructions on how to collect the parcel from a nearby pickup point or local post office.
- If the package is not collected within the carrier’s holding period (usually 7–14 days), it will be returned to our warehouse.
- In case of a return-to-sender due to an incorrect address, unclaimed package, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
- Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout, including apartment/floor numbers, postal code, and contact phone number.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery may be available for select countries and products. Where available:
- You pay the full order amount directly to the courier upon delivery.
- Please have the exact amount ready, as couriers may not carry change.
- COD availability is displayed at checkout based on your shipping destination.
- If you refuse a COD delivery without a valid reason, we reserve the right to restrict future COD orders from your account.
8. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship only to the countries listed in the shipping zones above.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or freight forwarding addresses.
- Orders with incomplete or unverifiable addresses may be cancelled and refunded.
9. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- If your package appears to be lost (no tracking update for more than 10 business days after dispatch), contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund for confirmed damaged or lost items at no additional cost to you.
